EXCHANGE, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

Refund/Exchange Policy for Mustard Oil, Raw Linseed Oil and Double Boiled Linseed Oil Only 


Our return/exchange policy lasts for 2 days from the receipt of the products by you. Exchange is subject to leakage and damage only. Within 2 days of delivery, you can notify us through an email on customercare@bpoilmills.com with information about the return/exchange. No return/exchange will be processed if not intimated within 2 days. 

Kindly note, to initiate return/exchange, you must send images of the damaged/leaked package on our email. Subject to quality check, we will dispatch your exchanged package within 1 working day from receipt at our end. You may choose a refund if you do not wish to receive the same product again. 


A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to your customer, this will be done through the payment gateway provider. After communication with our support team, the return/exchange will be  done within 3-4 days and would take approximately 5-6 days for the product to be delivered again to you. 


In case of edible products such as Hathi Marka Kacchi Ghani Mustard Oil, we cannot accept any used product or if the safety seal of the product is broken. This step is taken to ensure the quality of the product is intact once it leaves our warehouse. In case of damage or leakage to the product during transit - we will exchange the product upon doing a quality check or you may choose to get a refund.

Our return, exchange and refund policy for Mustard Oil Cake (MOC)  lasts for 2 days from the receipt of the products by you. Exchange or Refund  is subject to damage only. Return Policy for Mustard Oil Cake Only

Customers can choose to return Mustard Oil Cake Powder bought from B P Oil Mills Ltd, however the cost of reverse pick up  will be borne by the customer and not the seller. Customer can choose to use their own courier company for the return or we can initiate a pick up of the package on behalf of the customer. A charge of INR 250 (Two Hundred and Fifty Only) will be deducted from the refund amount if a reverse pickup is initiated by the seller. Kindly email us on customercare@bpoilmills.com aprising us of the returned package and also stating the reason for return. 

Please note that  if the package is open or the safety seal of the package is damaged, we will not be able to accept the return of the package. 


Terms and Conditions : 


*Refunds will be processed as store credit or account refund depending on the choice of the customer:

*BPOM reserves the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition or is damaged not due to our error. 

* No Refund/Exchange will be initiated if the safety seal is broken in the pictures shared on customercare@bpoilmills.com

*Unless you notify us within 2 (Two) days from the date of receipt, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you as being in good condition.


Refunds as store credit:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt and status of your refund process and next steps.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit of full amount will be sent to your email address within 48 hours upon the receipt of the product.


Refunds as account transfer: 

If you are looking for a refund in your bank account, it will be processed through a UPI transfer, and the following charges will be deducted from the purchase amount:

  • COD charges / Transaction charges of 2% of the transaction value.
  • Fixed Logistics, handling & packing charge of Rs. 250/- per product if the reverse pickup is scheduled by BPOM
  • Alternatively, the customer can choose to ship the product to BPOM HQ by any courier service of their own choice to avoid paying the above-mentioned charge of Rs. 250/-.



 

Cancellation Policy

In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at customercare@bpoilmills.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Post which the return policy will apply.


If it is a COD order, a system generated cancelation email will be sent to you after the order has been cancelled. As long as your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it directly. Post which the return policy will apply.


Shipping Policy


We process orders as soon as they are received, typically somewhere between 0-3 business days. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch with you accordingly. 

Standard Shipping is free for all customers across India. For international shipments, please get in touch with us by email at customercare@bpoilmills.com and we will arrange it at an additional cost (this depends on our logistics partners and country of delivery).

Processing the order normally takes 2-4 business days and then shipping normally takes 4-7 business days. This may vary if the orders are placed from pincodes that have delivery constraints or limited accessibility. 

We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 business days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

We will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before we contact you that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the respective Order Tracking facility of the courier companies. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s).

The fulfillment of any order is completely at the discretion of B P Oil Mills Ltd.
